Ingredients: 500 ml hot water 2 cm fresh ginger 2 Tbsp mate leaves 1 Tbsp lemon juice 5 Tbsp mint syrup
Cut the ginger into rough pieces and crush them with the flat side of your knife. Put those pieces and the mate leaves into a teapot. Add the water and let it sit for 3 minutes. Strain the liquid and add the lemon juice and syrup. Chill before filling into a glass bottle.
Depends on how caffeine works for you. I actually know people who can sleep easier with caffeine than without. But it definitely makes it easier and tastes way more refreshing than coffee or "normal" tea
